Mark Mleczewski

Born and raised in Detroit, my passion for hunting, hiking, rock-hounding and mushroom picking led me to Northern Michigan. The spectacular kayaking and fishing on Mullett Lake, Black Lake, Burt Lake, Twin Lakes, Lake Huron, Black River and the Ocqueoc has kept me here. My real estate career began in 2000 as a sales agent for a development company, specializing in recreational waterfront properties. I gained a wealth of knowledge coordinating with the Department of Environmental Quality, Army Corp of Engineers and County officials. After several years, I opened a brokerage and added two additional offices within three years. I have also owned and operated a commercial cleaning company and restaurant, was the Director of an assisted living facility, and the Manager of several automotive dealerships. My real estate development and business background gives me a unique perspective as a trained developer and commercial real estate advisor.
